Tried it on a whim and the food was really good ! The staff was super nice and the meal itself was great size and great flavor! Definitely recommend :D

Had another nice dinner with my family at Boxing crab! Wait wasn't too long for a table and the food, and the staff were so friendly. My parents are super picky, but even they love this spot!

Wanted to try a new seafood boil spot since I have been disappointed with the big seafood boil chain restaurant's sauce flavor, it's not as flavorful as some of the independent places I've tried. Decided to check out this place because it's nearby me. Super casual atmosphere and reasonable pricing. Located in a small shopping center with a parking lot. The service was really friendly and courteous! They provided a table cover, bibs, gloves, and tools for cracking the crab legs. No real instruction or questions about if we had tried this type of dining before, so it's a good thing we had, otherwise we'd be left to try and figure it out on our own. We tried the Queen of Da Sea combo, 1lb of head-off shrimp and 1lb snow crab cluster. The "One n' Only" sauce (mix of Cajun, Garlic Butter, and Lemon Pepper) was amazing and had the exact flavorful punch I was hoping for. Only thing I wished was for a trash bucket to keep the table a little less messy.

I've reviewed many of places over the years. But this review is probably the first place I give a 5 out of 5. I love sea food boils as much as the next guy, but non have really blown me out the water like boxing crab. My fiance wanted seafood boil and I didn't want to go drive far to the typical choices. Since either they're far. Have terrible parking, are expensive, or the staff isn't on top of everything. I remembered seeing boiling crab near us one time. So I drove that direction and found it. There was plenty of parking on a Sunday afternoon. We walked in and there were 3 other tables there so it was not busy which was another plus. The place looked extremely clean, from the dinning area to the bathrooms as well. The staff were outstanding the entire time. We were greeted right away as we walked in, and seated promptly. They gave us a few minutes to look over the menu then took our orders. We ordered a side of rice, garlic butter noodles, and 2 orders of the "Queen of the sea" with one and only and 1/2 med spice and added two boiled eggs. And a couple drinks. The Queen of the sea came with snow crab. Shrimp, potatos, corn, and sausage. The food came to our table in a timely manner and we dug in. It was delicious everything we ate was perfect. Sometimes at other seafood boil spots they might over cook the food. But not here. Everything in the book was too notch. They gave us a ton of lemons and they always kept checking in on us, we never had an empty cup. It seems like it's such a random location. But love that it's only a 5min drive from us. We will definitely be going back and taking our with us too. I highly recommend this place.

Came in on Valentines Day before the chaotic rush. Was seated by a sweet man. We order seafood lovers and shrimp lovers, fries , rice , and eggs. The fries were nice golden and crispy. Next the seafood arrived in their own individual bags. Loved the sauce because it was nice perfect spice. Not too spicy either. We did all the sauce 1/2 medium. My boyfriend got just garlic butter (I know basic) lol but he enjoyed it because he doesn't care much for spice. But overall the shrimp were huge everything was cooked perfectly tbh. Oh I forgot to mention too they even threw in another 1lb of snow clusters for the special promotion they had. If you spend 150$ you get that for free. Can't beat that! I would definitely come back just because all the other crab boil places I've been too fell off. Sorry crab hut & crab town I found a new spot. Come try it out for yourself and you won't be disappointed!

5/5 stars for this hidden gem recommended to me by my sister! Local owned small business that tops the big chain restaurants. I had a favorite big chain restaurant that I always go to in NC. Wanted to give this spot a try because my sister rants & raves about it. Let me tell you - THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! This is now my new favorite seafood boil spot!! Parking - They have their own private lot which had plenty of spaces to park at with easy access to the front door. Ambiance - Felt clean, fresh, new, modern, updated. Plus they were playing all the good hits! Service - I believe the person who took our order may have possibly been the owner. Due to his server being on break. He was great! Very accommodating, made sure we were taken care of. Came to our table at the right queues without being overbearing. Helped us with what spice level we needed. He mentioned medium is spicy for him, we were debating between "hella spicy & KO." He provided us with warnings for spice levels. Also, mainly rating his service as A++ because we wanted to get the seafood lovers but did not eat oysters or clams. He was willing to accommodate us & let us substitute for more shrimp & crawfish. Which I thought was amazing! Other seafood boil spots will not let you substitute since those are already their "pre-fixed menu." Due to that, at other places we don't get our full satisfaction of fixings because we want a bit of everything. But also don't want certain things. Love that our requests were accommodated! Plus he remembered everything we ordered without needing to write anything down! He remembered it all by memory down to the little things. FOOD - The best rating I could give! We did decide to opt in for the "one n only" seasoning with KO spice level. We have a high tolerance for spice. & the spice was spicing! Lol. Felt the burn in our lips & had some runny noses. But it was fireeeeee & tolerable. We would deff order KO again & again whenever we come here. The seasoning had flavor. You can taste everything & it all tasted good. Lol. The lobster was huge compared to other measly sizes we get out other spots. Seafood tasted fresh. In the seafood lovers it also had crab cluster & huge king crab leg. Super meaty. We also ordered the Cajun edamame. I am quite the edamame connoisseur. I love edamame. It tasted fresh/not packaged & had a good kick to it. Super addicting! We couldn't finish it but we took it to-go & ended up eating as a snack while drinking. Still as good as when it was first made. We have never killed seafood boil the way we did here. Lol. We always have a lot of leftover at other spots. But here we had a few pieces of shrimp left. See photos for the aftermath! PRICE - We ordered all together seafood lovers with no head shrimp, cajun edamame, starry soda (which tasted crisp & good probably due to it being from fountain), bottled coke, & a side of rice. Our total was $146.56 + 18% gratuity (our tip, not mandatory gratuity) = around $180. Which was definitely worth it! Now we need to come back to try their other menu items. My pictures & videos has my mouthwatering so I'll be back soon!!

Came here this time with my son and his mom for late birthday celebration . Ordered the queen of da sea and shrimp lovers this time 1/2 medium spicy and it was the perfect spice. Between the 3 of us there was nothing left. We were given free garlic bread because the rice was taking forever

Shrimp lovers bag! $52 with lots of shrimp, crawfish, clams, corn, spicy sausage, and potatoes! Choose your spice and sauce! We got Cajun garlic butter with 1/2 medium spice! SOO DELICIOUS! Bowl of rice is a must with this! Dig in and don't be shy! Haha! Terrific service - our server was super sweet and smiley! The restaurant is located in a small shopping mall. Restaurant is clean! Bathrooms are clean. They have wash stations outside of the restrooms too, if you just need to wash your hands. Overall great place and food. Perfect for family meal :)

Recently dined here for lunch and everything was great. The gentleman taking care of us was super friendly and kind. Very clean establishment with great music (90's/ 00's R&B). Also, no issues with parking and there was no wait. Only 1 other party was there when we arrived. I went with my husband and kids, we got.. the cajun lemon wet wings (8.5/10) which came out hot, fresh, juicy, and drenched in the cajun lemon sauce. It had the perfect kick. Gumbo, which my husband devoured and enjoyed. I didn't get to try. Mixed fries (9/10) fresh out the fryer. Queen of da Sea and Shrimp Lover's both in one n only sauce mild (10/10). Love the sauce, the shrimp was cooked perfectly. Generous amount of meat in the snow crab. I really enjoyed it. There was also a promotion at the time where if you spend over $150 you get a free lb of snow crab. So that was a pleasant surprise! I'll definitely be back.

I've had this bookmarked since they opened for almost a year now. I was intrigued to visit but was waiting for some reviews (went to one bad crab spot and didn't want to spend a lot and go through the same experience). A las, came on NYE for a late lunch early dinner with my cousin. There's ample parking and inside had a cute decorated Christmas tree. It was pretty empty with only two other parties there. Unsure if business has picked up yet or maybe it was slower due to the holidays. A few ppl did come for to go orders though. Our waiter was super friendly. Here is what we got: -garlic noodles (10/10-sooo good) -Queen of da Sea in one n only sauce medium (10/10. Sauce is great! 1lb snow crab and 1 lb shrimp. I don't eat shrimp I got it to take home as a lb of snow crab is already $45ish/lb and this was cheaper for more items. A few slices of sausage, corn, and potatoes.) -1 lb clams one and only in hella spicy (10/10) Everything was delicious and service was great! They gave us an additional free lb of snow crab legs. I'm gonna compare to crab hut! Cuz that's my all time favorite. Sauce here is still great, I still love crab house sauce better but for the ambiance I get here, I like it way better. There's great music, it's not too crowded. Very clean and attentive workers. And they have better gloves than crab hut! It's stronger, doesn't slip off, and keeps the smell off my hands way better! I already came back 5 days later to celebrate my nephews birthday and they really loved it here. We got more items and got two lbs of free snow crab this time. I ordered mussels in one n only in hella spicy (10/10). The sauce is definitely tastier under hella spicy. New items I tried were the Cajun fries (10/10), chicken wings with sauce on the side (8/10 very big and juicy), and onion rings (5/10 it was ok, the onion texture was a bit weird). Overall, had another great time! And, they have a loyalty program with your phone number so you can use the points to get $5 off or more at your next visit! Love that! Will definitely return again :)
